What payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, personal check and money order
through our secure online shopping cart. For payment by check or money order,
simply place your order and print the invoice to mail with your payment. Your
order will be shipped after we receive payment on your check or monedy order.
You can also call us at (816) 517-7537 to order over the phone.
Do you accept orders from outside the United States?
No, at this time we do not accept international orders but may consider that
in the future.
Do I have to create an account to order?
No, it is not necessary to create an account with us to order. When prompted
to Log In or Create a New Account, choose Place Order Without Account. Creating
an account allows you to check on order information, and choose to receive emails
about specials and events.
What shipping options are offered?
We normally ship through UPS ground, and can arrange 2-day or overnight delivery
if you need fast delivery. Please call to arrange special deliveries.
When will my order arrive?
We ship your order as quickly as possible, and most orders are sent out the
next day after your order is received. Delivery date will depend on the shipping
method chosen, and your location. Orders sent by UPS ground typically
arrive in under five days.
What happens with back ordered items?
If your order is not in stock, we will send you an
email giving you the option of waiting for the item
on back order, ordering another shirt design, or cancelling
with a full refund.

What is your return policy?
Please call or email if you have questions before
ordering. If you are unsatisfied with items received,
we will arrange a replacement or refund within 30 days.
Items must be returned un-worn and in the same condition
as when they were sent out. You must enclose a copy
of your invoice and a brief note detailing why the item
is being returned, with your name, address, phone number,
and email address. Delivery charges may not be refundable
in all cases.
Are t-shirts designed specifically for dwarfs / Little People?
While the creative designs were created specifically for Little People or their
family and friends, the sizes are standard sizes. We have discovered over the
years that most Little People wear standard size t-shirts. We will soon be adding
sizing information to help you choose the best size. Check back soon for links
to sites with custom clothing for people with dwarfism.
